A water miscible, chlorine-free soluble oil produced using naphthenic base oils and fortified with emulsifiers that form a stable and milky emulsion when mixed with water.

The initiative is to elevate rust protection and improves overall emulsion stability when used with high water hardness. The high specific heat of water and the outstanding metal-wetting ability of the emulsion offers very good cooling and lubricity for wide range of light- to medium-duty cutting operations. Features very low foaming tendency to allow operations in very high-speed grinding and other machining operations.
Ideal for light-duty to medium-duty machining on ferrous and non-ferrous metals with water hardness up to 500ppm. Typical activities are including broaching, grinding, gun drilling, milling, sawing, and tapping.
