Initially for heat treatment of ferrous metals during metal quenching operations. Designed to provide deep and uniform hardening with minimum distortion and cracking to deliver smooth surface finishes.

Exceptional cooling rate to induce maximum hardness. PRINCE® Quench HFP consists improved formula for high stability throughout the hardening temperature range to extend service life, guarantees lowest opportunities of sludge formation. Features high fire point and flash point.
Offers applications in conventional and fast quenching of ferrous metals that include high-alloy steels, carbon steels, grey iron, etc. We do not recommend to mix with competitive quench oils unless proven for compatibility.
Selection of the required viscosity grade should be based upon the assembly and manufacturers’ recommendation.
