A water-miscible, chlorinated soluble oil produced using naphthenic base oils and fortified with emulsifiers that form a stable and long-lasting emulsion when mixed with water. The high specific heat of water and the outstanding metal-wetting ability of the emulsion offers very good cooling and lubricity for wide range of medium- to heavy-duty cutting operations.
