MULTIWAY NO-STAINS

A machine tool lubricant produced using premium-quality mineral base oils and unique tackier additive, designed to prevent stick-slip problems by allowing machine tool carriages to start easily and move smoothly throughout travelling, ensure good surface finish on machined parts and prevent chatters. The tackier additive helps to prevent the lubricant from being washed away by cutting oils and being squeezed off the slideway. Contains rust and corrosion inhibitors to prevent rust and stains on slideways and track surfaces.

This product that prescribed ISO Grade 220 is suitable for moderately-loaded enclosed industrial gear drives that require using an adhesive gear oil with moderate EP properties. While ISO Grade 32 and 68 are suitable for use in hydraulic system operating at less than 1,000 psi.
Recommended for applications in horizontal and vertical slideway on machine tools such as lathes, shapers, planers, drilling machines, screw machines and milling machines. For used also in lumber mill saw carriages, rock drills, jackhammers and pavement breaker machines.
Selection of the required viscosity grade should be based upon the manufacturers’ recommendation.
